Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your order, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
- Intimate or sanitary items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In some situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank, as there may be delays before refunds are posted.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at [email protected] and send your item to:

Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- If the gift was sent to you by the giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary. For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
